Heart rate measurement system, heart rate measurement method, and program

A heart rate measurement method performed by a heart rate measurement system, the method comprising:

• acquiring light information from a moving image obtained by imaging a subject using at least one camera with light for each wavelength range of at least three or more of a plurality of wavelength ranges, the light information including at least a luminance intensity for each wavelength range of light in which the moving image is captured;
• referring to a light map in which reference light information, which is the light information obtained by measuring light at a plurality of imaging points in advance, is registered for each imaging point of the plurality of imaging points;
• instructing movement of the at least one camera to a desired imaging point;
• selecting a desired wavelength based on a basis of the light information at the desired imaging point at which the moving image is captured;
• and
• calculating a heart rate of the subject shown in the moving image based on the selected wavelength.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having embodied thereon a program, which when executed by a computer of a heart rate measurement system causes the computer to execute a heart rate measurement processing method, the method comprising:

• acquiring light information from a moving image obtained by imaging a subject using at least one camera with light for each wavelength range of at least three or more of a plurality of wavelength ranges, the light information including at least a luminance intensity for each wavelength range of light in which the moving image is captured;
• referring to a light map in which reference light information, which is the light information obtained by measuring light at a plurality of imaging points in advance, is registered for each imaging point of the plurality of imaging points;
• instructing movement of the at least one camera to a desired imaging point;
• selecting a desired wavelength based on the light information at the desired imaging point at which the moving image is captured;
• and
• calculating a heart rate of the subject shown in the moving image based on the selected wavelength.
