Abstract
A display device includes: a display panel that displays an image on a front surface of the display panel; a rear cover that includes a front surface facing a back surface of the display panel; and an audio output unit that outputs audio by causing the rear cover to vibrate. The audio output unit is provided spaced apart from the back surface of the display panel and supported on a back surface of the rear cover.
Claims5
A display device comprising:
- a display panel that displays an image on a front surface of the display panel;
- a rear cover that includes a front surface facing a back surface of the display panel;
- and
- an audio output unit that outputs audio by causing the rear cover to vibrate, the audio output unit being provided spaced apart from the back surface of the display panel and supported on a back surface of the rear cover, wherein
- the audio output unit includes:
- an actuator that is fixed to the back surface of the rear cover and causes the rear cover to vibrate;
- a support portion that projects outward from the actuator and includes an opening;
- and
- an elastic component that is annular in shape and is supported by a circumferential rim of the opening of the support portion,
- a protrusion that protrudes away from the display panel is provided on the back surface of the rear cover, and
- the protrusion passes through the opening of the support portion via the elastic component.
