Blower

A blower comprising:

• a base;
• a case provided above the base and including an inlet and an outlet;
• a rotating plate provided below the case and rotatably provided on the base;
• an electric wire that extends from an outside of the base and upwards of the rotating plate through the base;
• and
• an electric wire holder fixedly provided on the rotating plate and that fixes a portion of the electric wire extending upwards to the rotating plate from an inner space of the base,
• wherein the base includes:
• an electric wire fixing protrusion that fixes another portion of the electric wire extending from the outside into the inner space of the base,
• an electric wire guide rib that limits a movement of a part of the electric wire in the inner space of the base including an outer guide rib in a ring shape extended in a circumference direction while surrounding the electric wire holder, and
• an inner guide rib in an arc shape extended along a part of the outer guide rib, and
• wherein a first section of the electric wire is the part of the electric wire in the inner space of the base and is disposed between the inner guide rib and the outer guide rib, and a second section of the electric wire is extended from the first section to the electric wire holder and arranged to move in the inner space to form a curvature in a direction in which the inner guide rib is arranged when the rotating plate rotates.
