Herbicidal cinnoline derivatives

A compound of Formula (I):

• wherein
• X is O, NR13 or S;
• R1 is phenyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3, or 4 groups, which may be the same or different, represented by R7;
• R2 is C1-C6alkylcarbonyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, C1-C6alkoxyC2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkenyloxyC1-C6alkyl, —CR11—N—OR10, phenyl, phenoxy, heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic monocyclic ring comprising 1, 2, or 3 heteroatoms individually selected from N, O and S, heterocyclyl, or heterocyclyloxy, wherein the heterocyclyl moieties are a 4-, 5- or 6-membered non-aromatic monocyclic ring comprising 1 or 2 heteroatoms individually selected from N, O and S, wherein the phenyl, phenoxy, heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, and heterocyclyloxy moieties are each independently and optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 groups, which may be the same or different, represented by R8;
• R3 is hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C3-C6cycloalkylC1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxyC1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, phenyl, or phenylC1-C3alkyl, wherein the phenyl moieties are each independently and optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3 or 4 groups, which may be the same or different, represented by R12;
• R4, R5, and R6 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6haloalkoxy, C1-C6alkylsulfanyl, C1-C6alkylsulfinyl, and C1-C6alkylsulfonyl;
• R7 is chloro, cyano, methyl, methoxy, trifluoroalkyl, trifluoromethoxy, methylsulfanyl, or any two adjacent R7 groups together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a quinolyl, indazolyl, 1,3-benzoxadiozolyl, or 1,4-benzodioxinyl group, and wherein the quinolyl, indazolyl, 1,3-benzoxadiozolyl, or 1,4-benzodioxinyl groups are each independently and optionally substituted with 1 2, 3 or 4 groups, which may be the same or different, represented by R9;
• R8 and R9 are each independently selected from halogen, C1-C3alkyl, C1-C3haloalkyl, and C1-C3alkoxy;
• R10 and R11 are each independently selected from hydrogen and C1-C3alkyl;
• R12 is halogen, cyano, C1-C3alkyl, or C1-C3alkoxy;
• R13 is hydrogen, C1-C3alkyl, or C1-C3alkoxy;
• or a salt or an N-oxide thereof.
