- and a compression panel that is positioned to cover a genital area of a wearer assigned male at birth, wherein the compression panel overlies the 4-way stretch fabric of the main body portion, wherein the compression panel comprises two-way stretch fabric oriented to permit stretching along the first axis and limit stretching along the second axis, wherein the undergarment is tucking underwear, and wherein the compression panel of the tucking underwear is attached to the main body so that the compression panel is configured to apply a compressive force to genitals of the wearer to provide a flattened appearance of the genitals;
- wherein the main body consists 4-way stretch fabric;
- further comprising a waistband, wherein the compression panel is secured to the main body portion at a first seam that is spaced from the waistband along a vertical axis that is perpendicular to each of the first and second axes.
