Abstract
A display device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a wiring board having an electrode line formed on the front surface thereof; and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements disposed on the wiring board and electrically connected to each other by the electrode line, wherein the wiring board is configured to include at least two physically divided sub-boards, and a heat dissipation passage is formed between the sub-boards.
Claims12
A display device comprising:
- a wiring board having a plurality of electrode lines formed on a front surface thereof;
- and
- a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements disposed on the wiring board and electrically connected to each other by the plurality of electrode lines,
- wherein the wiring board is configured to include at least two physically divided sub-boards,
- wherein the at least two physically divided sub-boards are spaced apart from each other to form a heat dissipation passage therebetween, and
- wherein the wiring board includes:
- a first sub-board having the plurality of electrode lines formed on a front surface thereof and a first pad connected to the plurality of electrode lines formed on a rear surface thereof;
- and
- a second sub-board having a driver IC generating electric signals transmitted to the semiconductor light-emitting elements disposed on a rear surface thereof and a second pad connected to the driver IC, which is formed on the front surface thereof.
