A display device, comprising:

• a plurality of sub-pixels including blue sub-pixels, green sub-pixels and red sub-pixels, wherein the plurality of sub-pixels includes:
• a first group including a plurality of blue sub-pixels arranged along a first direction, and centers of the blue sub-pixels in the first group are arranged along first lines,
• a second group including a plurality of green sub-pixels and a plurality of red sub-pixels alternately arranged along the first direction, centers of the green sub-pixels and centers of the red sub-pixels in the second group are arranged along second lines, the first lines are parallel to the second lines, and the first lines and the second lines are alternately arranged along a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction,
• a third group including a plurality of green sub-pixels arranged along the second direction, and centers of the green sub-pixels in the third group are arranged along third lines,
• a fourth group includes a plurality of red sub-pixels arranged along the second direction, and centers of the red sub-pixels in the fourth group are arranged along fourth lines, the third lines are parallel to the fourth lines, and the third lines and the fourth lines are alternately arranged along the first direction, and
• a fifth group including a plurality of blue sub-pixels arranged along the second direction, and centers of two adjacent blue sub-pixels in the fifth group are arranged along fifth lines, and the fifth lines intersect the third lines;
• TFT circuits, wherein the TFT circuits are disposed under the sub-pixels to control the sub-pixels;
• and
• connection holes for connecting a TFT circuit to one of the sub-pixels, wherein:
• the connection holes include first connection holes corresponding to the blue sub-pixels, second connection holes corresponding to the green sub-pixels, and third connection holes corresponding to the red sub-pixels, and
• along the second direction, a plurality of first connection holes are arranged along sixth lines, and along the first direction, the plurality of first connection holes are arranged along seventh lines, wherein the sixth lines are parallel to the third lines, and the seventh lines are parallel to the first lines.
