Abstract
An apparatus for drying an electrode plate of a secondary battery comprises a hot air inlet pipe that includes a torsional structure that is configured to cause rotation hot air for drying an electrode plate coated with a secondary battery electrode material substance or a rolled electrode plate. The apparatus also includes a drying duct that includes hot air ejection ports configured to direct the rotating hot air discharged from the hot air inlet pipe to the electrode plate.
Claims19
An apparatus for drying an electrode plate of a secondary battery, the apparatus comprising:
- a hot air inlet pipe including a torsional structure positioned inside the hot air inlet pipe, the torsional structure being configured to cause rotation of hot air for drying an electrode plate coated with a secondary battery electrode material substance or a rolled electrode plate, the torsional structure comprising a fixed continuous structure having a twisted or helical geometry extending along a length of the hot air inlet pipe;
- and
- a drying duct that includes hot air ejection ports configured to direct the rotating hot air discharged from the hot air inlet pipe to the electrode plate.
A drying duct for drying an electrode plate, the drying duct comprising:
- a hot air inlet pipe including a torsional structure positioned inside the hot air inlet pipe, the torsional structure being configured to cause rotation of hot air for drying an electrode plate coated with a secondary battery electrode material substance or a rolled electrode plate, the torsional structure comprising a fixed continuous structure having a twisted or helical geometry extending along a length of the hot air inlet pipe;
- and
- hot air ejection ports configured to direct the rotating hot air discharged from the hot air inlet pipe to the electrode plate.
An apparatus for manufacturing an electrode plate of a secondary battery, the apparatus comprising:
- a coating unit configured to coat a substrate with an electrode material substance;
- a rolling unit configured to compress the electrode plate coated with the electrode material substance;
- and
- a drying unit configured to dry the electrode plate coated with the electrode material substance or the rolled electrode plate,
- wherein the drying unit includes a hot air inlet pipe that includes a torsional structure positioned inside the hot air inlet pipe, the torsional structure being configured to cause rotation of incoming hot air, the torsional structure comprising a fixed continuous structure having a twisted or helical geometry extending along a length of the hot air inlet pipe, and the drying unit includes hot air ejection ports configured to direct the rotating hot air discharged from the hot air inlet pipe to the electrode plate.
