Abstract
The present invention relates to a curable potting composition based on acetoacetate, and to its use in electronic devices. In particular, the present invention relates to a curable potting composition based on multifunctional acetoacetate and multifunctional (meth)acrylate.
Claims12
A curable potting composition, comprising:
- a multifunctional acetoacetate compound,
- a (meth)acrylate compound having at least three (meth)acrylate groups,
- a catalyst, and
- a filler,
- wherein the equivalent ratio of the (meth)acrylate compound having at least three (meth)acrylate groups to the multifunctional acetoacetate compound is more than 1.5;
- and
- wherein the cured product of the potting composition has a glass transition temperature of greater than 130° C.
