Abstract
The present invention provides a system for high throughput purification of liquid.
Claims21
A system for purification of liquids comprising:
- a first portable compartment comprising:
- a liquid treatment system, and
- a media filtration system;
- a second portable compartment comprising a separation tank, wherein the liquid treatment system in the first portable compartment is in liquid communication with the separation tank in the second portable compartment and the separation tank in the second portable compartment is in liquid communication with the media filtration system in the first portable compartment,
- and wherein the media filtration system further comprises:
- one or more lines coupled, via one or more filter valves, to receive liquid from the second portable compartment, the one or more filter valves including a first filter valve and a second filter valve,
- at least one pump configured to move liquid from the second portable compartment through the one or more filter valves into the one or more lines, and
- at least first and second filters each comprising at least one influx and efflux port in liquid communication with the one or more lines, the first and second filters configured for liquid to flow into and out of the first filter into a filter efflux line and further into and out of the second filter into the filter efflux line when the first and second filter valves are in a first position, and wherein the first and second filters are configured for the liquid to flow into and out of the first filter into the filter efflux line and further flow from the filter efflux line into the at least one efflux port and out of the at least one influx port of the second filter when the one or more filter valves are in a second position to backwash the second filter.

A system for purification of liquids comprising:
- a liquid treatment system;
- a media filtration system;
- and
- a separation tank, wherein the liquid treatment system is in liquid communication with the separation tank and the separation tank is in liquid communication with the media filtration system, and
- wherein the media filtration system further comprises:
- one or more lines coupled, via one or more filter valves, to receive liquid from separation tank, the one or more filter valves including a first filter valve and a second filter valve,
- at least one pump configured to move liquid from the separation tank through the one or more filter valves into the one or more lines, and
- at least first and second filters each comprising at least one influx and efflux port in liquid communication with the one or more lines, the first and second filters configured for liquid to flow into and out of the first filter into a filter efflux line and further into and out of the second filter into the filter efflux line when the one or more filter valves are in a first position, and wherein the first and second filters are further configured for the liquid to flow into and out of the first filter into the filter efflux line and further flow from the filter efflux line into the at least one efflux port and out of the at least one influx port of the second filter when the one or more filter valves are in a second position to backwash the second filter.
