Cutting machine

A cutting machine, comprising:

• a base having an abutment surface for abutment with a workpiece;
• a cutting machine body that includes an electric motor configured to provide a rotational driving force to a blade and is arranged on a second side relative to the abutment surface of the base;
• and
• at least one tilt support part that supports the cutting machine body such that the cutting machine body can be tilted relative to the base around a first axis,
• wherein the at least one tilt support part includes:
• a tilt plate that protrudes to the second side relative to the base and is fixed to the cutting machine body,
• an angular plate that protrudes to the second side relative to the base and is arranged to face the tilt plate in a direction parallel to the first axis and fixed to the base, and
• a link arm configured to connect the tilt plate and the angular plate, and
• wherein the cutting machine is configured such that when the cutting machine body is tilted:
• the tilt plate tilts together with the cutting machine body, and facing surfaces of the tilt plate and the angular plate slide in contact with each other, and
• the link arm tilts around a second axis parallel to the first axis in interlocking with tilting of the cutting machine body, and
• wherein the link arm is arranged between the tilt plate and the angular plate.
