Manufacturing method of press-formed article and press line

A manufacturing method of a press-formed article comprising:

• press-forming a metal sheet into a preformed article including:
• a preformed bottom sheet portion,
• a first preformed standing wall portion,
• a second preformed standing wall portion,
• a preformed ridge portion provided between the first preformed standing wall portion and the second preformed standing wall portion, and
• a swollen portion provided between the preformed bottom sheet portion and the first and second preformed standing wall portions;
• and
• press-forming the preformed article into a press-formed article including:
• a bottom sheet portion,
• a first standing wall portion adjacent to the bottom sheet portion,
• a second standing wall portion adjacent to the bottom sheet portion, and
• a ridge portion provided between the first standing wall portion and the second standing wall portion,
• wherein the press-forming the preformed article into a press-formed article includes:
• moving a first part of the swollen portion, the first part being adjacent to the preformed ridge portion, toward an outside of the preformed article, and
• moving a second part of the swollen portion, the second part being adjacent to the bottom sheet portion, toward an inside of the preformed article, and
• the first part and the second part are adjacent to each other.
