Abstract
The invention provides seed and plants of melon hybrid SVMF1124, melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO, and melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds, and tissue cultures of melon hybrid SVMF1124, melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO, melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO and to methods for producing a melon plant produced by crossing such plants with themselves or with another melon plant, such as a plant of another genotype. The invention further relates to seeds and plants produced by such crossing. The invention further relates to plants, seeds, plant parts, and tissue cultures of melon hybrid SVMF1124, melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO, and melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO comprising introduced beneficial or desirable traits.
Claims27
A melon plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO or melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO, a sample of seed of said lines having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202209052 and NCMA Accession No. 202209053, respectively.
A melon plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO or melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO, a sample of seed of said lines having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202209052 and NCMA Accession No. 202209053, respectively, wherein said first set of chromosomes further comprises a transgene.
A melon plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of melon line CAN-DV18-4776MO or melon line CAN-DV19-4822MO, a sample of seed of said lines having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202209052 and NCMA Accession No. 202209053, respectively, wherein said first set of chromosomes further comprises a single locus conversion.
