Meta-surface, antenna module, and electronic device

An antenna module, comprising:

• at least one meta-surface and an antenna;
• wherein each of the at least one meta-surface comprises:
• a first substrate, a second substrate, and a tunable dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate;
• wherein
• the first substrate comprises a first dielectric substrate and a first electrode layer on a side, close to the tunable dielectric layer, of the first dielectric substrate, and the second substrate comprises a second dielectric substrate and a second electrode layer on a side, close to the tunable dielectric layer, of the second dielectric substrate;
• wherein the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of first electrode strips juxtaposed in a first direction, and the second electrode layer comprises a plurality of second electrode strips juxtaposed in a second direction, wherein the plurality of first electrode strips and the plurality of second electrode strips are crossed to define a plurality of resonant units;
• and
• the meta-surface further comprises a filling structure, wherein an orthographic projection of the filling structure on the first dielectric substrate is between orthographic projections of adjacent first electrode strips in the plurality of first electrode strips on the first dielectric substrate.

An electronic device, comprising:

• an antenna module, wherein the antenna module comprises:
• at least one meta-surface and an antenna;
• wherein each of the at least one meta-surface comprises:
• a first substrate, a second substrate, and a tunable dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate;
• wherein
• the first substrate comprises a first dielectric substrate and a first electrode layer on a side, close to the tunable dielectric layer, of the first dielectric substrate, and the second substrate comprises a second dielectric substrate and a second electrode layer on a side, close to the tunable dielectric layer, of the second dielectric substrate;
• wherein the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of first electrode strips juxtaposed in a first direction, and the second electrode layer comprises a plurality of second electrode strips juxtaposed in a second direction, wherein the plurality of first electrode strips and the plurality of second electrode strips are crossed to define a plurality of resonant units;
• and
• the meta-surface further comprises a filling structure, wherein an orthographic projection of the filling structure on the first dielectric substrate is between orthographic projections of adjacent first electrode strips in the plurality of first electrode strips on the first dielectric substrate.
