Error handling for reprojection timeline

A method of data processing, comprising:

• obtaining an indication of a data write for data associated with the data processing;
• writing, based on the indication, the data associated with the data processing to a memory address;
• receiving a read request for the data including the memory address, wherein the read request is associated with a read with invalidate process;
• retrieving, based on the read request, the data from at least one of a first cache or at least one second memory, wherein the retrieval of the data is based on a timing of the indication of the data write;
• outputting the retrieved data from at least one of the first cache or the at least one second memory;
• and
• detecting whether the timing of the indication of the data write is greater than a timing threshold, wherein the retrieval of the data is based on the detection;
• wherein the timing of the indication of the data write is less than or equal to the timing threshold, and wherein retrieving the data comprises:
• retrieving the data from the first cache, wherein the timing of the indication being less than or equal to the timing threshold is associated with a suitable timeline for the data processing;
• or
• wherein the timing of the indication of the data write is greater than the timing threshold, and wherein retrieving the data comprises:
• retrieving the data from the at least one second memory, wherein the timing of the indication being greater than the timing threshold is associated with an unsuitable timeline or a timeline error for the data processing.
