Display apparatus

A display apparatus, comprising:

• a display panel configured to display an image;
• a vibration generating device at a rear surface of the display panel to vibrate the display panel;
• a supporting member at the rear surface of the display panel and including a first hole;
• a first partition between the rear surface of the display panel and the supporting member, the first partition surrounding an entirety of the vibration generating device;
• and
• a second partition between the vibration generating device and the first partition, the second partition surrounding an entirety of the vibration generating device,
• wherein the second partition is separate from and not connected to the first partition such that no part of the second partition is part of the first partition,
• wherein the first partition and the second partition are spaced apart from each other to define a gap space therebetween,
• wherein the first hole is disposed at an inner region of the second partition,
• wherein the vibration generating device includes a first surface connected to the display panel and a second surface opposite to the first surface,
• wherein the first hole faces the second surface of the vibration generating device and at least partly overlaps with the vibration generating device,
• wherein the first hole includes a plurality of holes,
• wherein the plurality of holes are arranged at a certain interval in regions of the supporting member, are overlapping with the vibration generating device, and are spaced from the vibration generating device in a direction perpendicular to the display panel, and
• wherein the vibration generating device includes:
• a piezoelectric composite layer including a plurality of inorganic material portions and a plurality of organic material portions which are alternately and repeatedly disposed on a same plane;
• a first electrode disposed at a first surface of the piezoelectric composite layer;
• and
• a second electrode disposed at a second surface of the piezoelectric composite layer, the second surface of the piezoelectric composite layer being opposite to the first surface of the piezoelectric composite layer.
