Abstract
A temperature measurement arrangement for measuring a temperature in a noise voltage-inducing environment includes a sensing circuit including a Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistor (NTC) for sensing a temperature and a filter for compensating the induced noise voltage at a filter frequency.

A temperature measurement arrangement for measuring a temperature in a noise voltage-inducing environment, comprising:
- a sensing circuit, the sensing circuit comprising:
- a Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistor (NTC) configured for sensing a temperature;
- and
- a filter configured for compensating an induced noise voltage at a switching frequency of a power device in a power module.
