Systems and techniques are described for implementing autonomous control of powered earth-moving vehicles, including to automatically control movement of some or all of a powered earth-moving vehicle on a job site to conform with specified safety configuration data, such as to halt or otherwise inhibit unplanned slippage on a sloped and/or slick surface. For example, the safety configuration data may be used to move hydraulic arm(s) and/or attachment(s) of a vehicle while slipping is detected to cause some or all such tool attachments of the vehicle (e.g., front and/or rear tool attachments) to be automatically moved into the ground or other underlying surface to inhibit vehicle slippage when it is automatically detected, such as in a determined sequence of multiple such tool attachments.
