Dispersion device and accumulation device

A dispersion device comprising:

• a dispersion section including
• a first stirring section that has a first chamber, and stirs and disperses a material containing fibers in the first chamber, and
• a second stirring section that is disposed downstream relative to the first stirring section in a flow direction of the material, the second stirring section having a second chamber and a stirring member that rotates in the second chamber, thereby stirring and dispersing the material that has been stirred and dispersed in the first chamber;
• and
• a supply pipe coupled to the first chamber and supplying the material to the first chamber together with air,
• the supply pipe having a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion that are arranged in an order of the second portion, the third portion, and the first portion in the flow direction of the material, the first portion being located on a side of the first chamber, being coupled to the first chamber, and extending in a first direction, the second portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and the third portion coupling the first portion and the second portion, and
• at least the first portion having a cross-sectional shape of an internal flow path that is an elongated shape having a first axis and a second axis longer than the first axis.
