Abstract
The present invention relates to an mRNA construct, comprising a target protein or peptide coding region and an IRES region downstream of the target protein or peptide coding region, wherein the mRNA construct of the present invention can stably maintain the expression of a target protein for a long time while being stably present in the cell.
Claims12
An mRNA construct, comprising:
- (a) a target protein or peptide coding region;
- and (b) an IRES region downstream of the target protein or peptide coding region,
- wherein the mRNA construct further comprises a 5′-β-globin UTR region upstream of the target protein or peptide coding region,
- the mRNA construct further comprises a BGH 3′-UTR region downstream of the target protein or peptide coding region, and
- the IRES region is included between the target protein or peptide coding region and the BGH 3′-UTR region.
