Abstract
Described herein are crystalline forms of a P2X3 modulator, namely (S)-methyl-2-((2-(2,6-difluoro-4-(methylcarbamoyl)phenyl-7-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)methyl)morpholine-4-carboxylate or a solvate thereof, and use thereof for treating pain, urinary tract disorder, cough, pruritus and endometriosis.
Claims4
A crystalline form of methyl (S)-2-((2-(2,6-difluoro-4-(methylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-7-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)methyl)morpholine-4-carboxylate, or solvate thereof, wherein the crystalline form has an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern with characteristic peaks at about 6.9° 2-Theta, 11.3° 2-Theta, 11.5° 2-Theta, 12.8° 2-Theta, 17.8° 2-Theta, 20.7° 2-Theta, 21.6° 2-Theta, and 22.6° 2-Theta.
