Abstract
There is provided a bottom cover for being covered on an optical system. The bottom cover is attached in front of the optical engine. The bottom cover has a bottom surface for facing a working surface when the optical system is moving on the working surface, a first opening for emission light of the optical engine to go through and a second opening for reflected light from the working surface to go through. The bottom cover is further formed with guiding protrusions protruded out from the bottom surface toward the working surface and surrounding at least the second opening to guide soft materials on the working surface to away from the second opening.
Claims19
A cover, being covered on an optical system, comprising:
- a first surface, configured to face a working surface when the optical system is moving on the working surface;
- a first opening;
- a second opening, arranged adjacent to the first opening in a first direction and having a rectangular shape, wherein a short side of the rectangular shape is connected to the first opening;
- and
- two first guiding protrusions, protruded out from the first surface toward the working surface and respectively arranged at two long sides of the rectangular shape in a second direction, wherein each of the two first guiding protrusions has a first branch extending toward the first opening and a second branch extending away from the first opening, and a distance between the first branch and the second branch becomes larger from a connection point of the first branch and the second branch.
A cover, being covered on an optical system, comprising:
- a first surface, configured to face a working surface when the optical system is moving on the working surface in a moving direction;
- a first opening, having a width in the moving direction;
- a second opening, arranged adjacent to the first opening in a first direction perpendicular to the moving direction;
- and
- two first guiding protrusions, protruded out from the first surface toward the working surface and respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the second opening in the moving direction, wherein a range of the two first guiding protrusions in the moving direction does not exceed the width of the first opening.
A cover, being covered on an optical system, comprising:
- a first surface, configured to face a working surface when the optical system is moving on the working surface;
- a first opening;
- a second opening, arranged adjacent to the first opening in a first direction;
- and
- two first guiding protrusions, protruded out from the first surface toward the working surface and respectively arranged only adjacent to two opposite sides of the second opening in a second direction without adjacent to the first opening in the second direction, wherein each of the two first guiding protrusions has a first branch extending toward the first opening and a second branch extending away from the first opening, and a distance between the first branch and the second branch becomes larger from a connection point of the first branch and the second branch.
