Abstract
Methods, apparatuses, and products for automating remediation actions in a cloud environment, including: detecting an alert associated with a cloud deployment; selecting, based on the alert, a remediation type; and providing, to a user, one or more resources to perform a remediation corresponding to the remediation type.
Claims22
A method of automating remediation actions in a cloud environment, the method comprising:
- detecting an alert associated with a cloud deployment;
- selecting a remediation type based on an event type associated with the detected alert;
- generating a script based on the selected remediation type, the script including one or more descriptors associated with the alert to be accessed during execution of the script;
- and
- displaying, via a user interface, one or more resources to perform a remediation corresponding to the remediation type.
A computer program product of automating remediation actions in a cloud environment, the computer program product disposed on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program product including computer program instructions configurable to carry out the steps of:
- detecting an alert associated with a cloud deployment;
- selecting a remediation type based on an event type associated with the detected alert;
- generating a script based on the selected remediation type, the script including one or more descriptors associated with the alert to be accessed during execution of the script;
- and
- displaying, via a user interface, one or more resources to perform a remediation corresponding to the remediation type.
