Abstract
Systems and methods for identifying and mitigating non-compliances include determining an agent location of a money service business for review, obtaining a photograph and geographic coordinates of the agent location, and collecting field data at the agent location through a mobile application. Such information are sent from the mobile application to a central server of a third party vendor for a series of quality checks and stored at the central server. Such information may be used for further corrective action against the agent location reviewed.
Claims18
A system comprising:
- one or more processing devices comprising one or more processors;
- and
- memory communicatively coupled with the one or more processors and having stored therein processor-readable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processing devices to perform:
- processing an indication of an agent system received via one or more networks;
- determining a location corresponding to the agent system based at least in part on the indication of the agent system received via the one or more networks;
- initiating a session with a mobile device wirelessly connected to the system via the one or more networks;
- within the session, remotely directing in real time a set of one or more operations corresponding to the agent system to comply with a set of rules associated with the location, wherein the remotely directing comprises:
- transmitting a wireless signal to cause activating of one or more operations of a mobile application on the mobile device to automatically capture, with a camera of the mobile device at a time during the session, associate photographic data with geographic coordinate data of the location through a global positioning system (GPS), and transmit the photographic data and geographic coordinate from the location to the system;
- and
- wherein the mobile application is configured to:
- automatically embed date, time, and geographic coordinates as metadata in each captured photograph;
- restrict uploading of photographic data to those images captured through the mobile application during the session;
- and
- prevent manual editing, deletion, or substitution of captured photographic data and geographic coordinate data prior to transmission.
A method comprising:
- processing, by a system comprising one or more processors, an indication of an agent system received via one or more networks;
- determining a location corresponding to the agent system based at least in part on the indication of the agent system received via the one or more networks;
- initiating a session with a mobile device wirelessly connected to the system via the one or more networks;
- within the session, remotely directing in real time a set of one or more operations corresponding to the agent system to comply with a set of rules associated with the location, wherein the remotely directing comprises:
- transmitting a wireless signal to cause activating of one or more operations of a mobile application on the mobile device to automatically capture, with a camera of the mobile device at a time during the session, associate photographic data with geographic coordinate data of the location through a global positioning system (GPS), and transmit the photographic data and geographic coordinate from the location to the system;
- and
- with the mobile application:
- embedding date, time, and geographic coordinates as metadata in each captured photograph;
- restricting uploading of photographic data to those images captured through the mobile application during the session;
- and
- preventing manual editing, deletion, or substitution of captured photographic data and geographic coordinate data prior to transmission.
One or more nontransitory, machine-readable storage devices for storing machine-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processing devices, cause the one or more processing devices to perform operations comprising:
- processing an indication of an agent system received via one or more networks;
- determining a location corresponding to the agent system based at least in part on the indication of the agent system received via the one or more networks;
- initiating a session with a mobile device wirelessly connected to the system via the one or more networks;
- within the session, remotely directing in real time a set of one or more operations corresponding to the agent system to comply with a set of rules associated with the location, wherein the remotely directing comprises:
- transmitting a wireless signal to cause activating of one or more operations of a mobile application on the mobile device to automatically capture, with a camera of the mobile device at a time during the session, associate photographic data with geographic coordinate data of the location through a global positioning system (GPS), and transmit the photographic data and geographic coordinate from the location to the system;
- embedding date, time, and geographic coordinates as metadata in each captured photograph;
- restricting uploading of photographic data to those images captured through the mobile application during the session;
- and
- preventing manual editing, deletion, or substitution of captured photographic data and geographic coordinate data prior to transmission.
