Heat exchanger and heat pump device

A heat exchanger connected to a refrigerant pipe, the heat exchanger comprising:

• heat transfer tubes;
• and
• a header that connects the refrigerant pipe and the heat transfer tubes, and that forms a refrigerant flow path between the refrigerant pipe and the heat transfer tubes,
• wherein the header includes
• a first member that includes a first plate-shaped portion,
• a second member that includes a second plate-shaped portion that is stacked on a heat transfer tubes side of the first plate-shaped portion, and
• a fourth member that includes a fourth plate-shaped portion that is stacked on a heat transfer tubes side of the second plate-shaped portion,
• wherein the first plate-shaped portion has a first opening that forms the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein the second plate-shaped portion has an eighth opening and a ninth opening that form the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein the fourth plate-shaped portion has a tenth opening that forms the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein, when viewed in a stacking direction of the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion,
• the ninth opening connects an upper longitudinal end portion of the first opening and an upper longitudinal end portion of the tenth opening at a first region,
• the eighth opening connects a lower longitudinal end portion of the first opening and a lower longitudinal end portion of the tenth opening at a second region that is different from the first region, and
• a portion of the tenth opening between the lower longitudinal end portion and the upper longitudinal end portion of the tenth opening overlaps the second plate-shaped portion between the eighth opening and the ninth opening, and
• wherein the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion are configured such that:
• a refrigerant flows to the first plate-shaped portion from the fourth plate-shaped portion via the ninth opening at the first region, the refrigerant flows to the second region from the first region at the first opening, and the refrigerant flows to the fourth plate-shaped portion from the first plate-shaped portion via the eighth opening at the second region;
• or
• the refrigerant flows to the first plate-shaped portion from the fourth plate-shaped portion via the eighth opening at the second region, the refrigerant flows to the first region from the second region at the first opening, and the refrigerant flows to the fourth plate-shaped portion from the first plate-shaped portion via the ninth opening at the first region.

A heat exchanger connected to a refrigerant pipe, the heat exchanger comprising:

• heat transfer tubes;
• and
• a header that connects the refrigerant pipe and the heat transfer tubes, and that forms a refrigerant flow path between the refrigerant pipe and the heat transfer tubes,
• wherein the header includes
• a first member that includes a first plate-shaped portion,
• a second member that includes a second plate-shaped portion that is stacked on a heat transfer tubes side of the first plate-shaped portion,
• a fourth member that includes a fourth plate-shaped portion that is stacked on a heat transfer tubes side of the second plate-shaped portion, and
• a third member that includes a third plate-shaped portion that is stacked on a heat transfer tubes side of the fourth plate-shaped portion,
• wherein the first plate-shaped portion has a first opening that forms the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein the second plate-shaped portion has an eighth opening and a ninth opening that form the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein the fourth plate-shaped portion has a tenth opening that forms the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein the third plate-shaped portion has third openings that form the refrigerant flow path,
• wherein, when viewed in a stacking direction of the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion, the eighth opening and the tenth opening overlap each other at a first region and the ninth opening and the tenth opening overlap each other at a second region that is different from the first region,
• wherein, when viewed in the stacking direction of the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion, the tenth opening and the third openings overlap each other, and
• wherein the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion are configured such that:
• a refrigerant flows to the first plate-shaped portion from the second plate-shaped portion at the first region, the refrigerant flows to the second region from the first region at the first opening, and the refrigerant flows to the second plate-shaped portion from the first plate-shaped portion at the second region;
• or
• the refrigerant flows to the first plate-shaped portion from the second plate-shaped portion at the second region, the refrigerant flows to the first region from the second region at the first opening, and the refrigerant flows to the second plate- shaped portion from the first plate-shaped portion at the first region.
