A fan unit a nozzle assembly including a plurality of nozzles configured to receive an air flow and to expel the air flow through a plurality of outlets corresponding to the plurality of nozzles. A controller configured to control a longitudinal movement of a nozzle of the plurality of nozzles based on an operating condition associated with the fan unit.
Claims7
A fan unit, comprising:
- a nozzle assembly including a plurality of nozzles configured to receive an air flow and to expel the air flow through a plurality of outlets corresponding to the plurality of nozzles, the plurality of nozzles including a first nozzle having a first outlet and a second nozzle disposed outward of the first nozzle and having a second outlet;
- and
- a controller configured to control a longitudinal movement of one of the first nozzle and the second nozzle based on an operating condition associated with the fan unit to adjust a longitudinal distance between the first outlet and the second outlet,
- wherein the first outlet has a uniform dimension and the second outlet has a dimension that changes based on the longitudinal distance between the first outlet and the second outlet.
