Structural insulated panel framing system

A device, comprising:

• an insulation sheathing;
• a frame comprising a top plate, a bottom plate, a pair of outer studs, and an inner stud, wherein the pair of outer studs and the inner stud span between the top plate and the bottom plate, wherein each of the outer studs and inner stud has a proximal side and a distal side, wherein each of the distal sides of the outer studs and the distal side of the inner stud abuts the insulation sheathing, wherein the inner stud is positioned between the pair of outer studs;
• at least one plumbing or electrical appliance comprising an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the at least one plumbing or electrical appliance is positioned through at least one of an inner stud, an outer stud, a bottom plate, or a top plate, and wherein the outer surface of the at least one plumbing or electrical appliance is coated with a release agent;
• a spray foam sprayed within cavities of the frame such that the spray foam covers internal surfaces of the cavities, wherein the release agent prevents adhesion of the spray foam to the outer surface of the at least one plumbing or electrical appliance;
• and
• at least one of the spray foam or an adhesive applied to the frame and the insulation sheathing such that the at least one of the spray foam or adhesive fuses the frame to the insulation sheathing when cured such that the insulation sheathing and the frame are permanently coupled, wherein the insulation sheathing is coupled to the frame without mechanical fasteners.
