An antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to BCMA, comprising:
- a first light chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 80, and
- a first heavy chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 86.
A method of treating a disease or disorder associated with BCMA in a subject, the method comprising administering the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to BCMA, the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising:
- a first light chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 80, and
- a first heavy chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 86.
A method of depleting BCMA-positive cells in a subject, the method comprising administering the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to BCMA, the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising:
- a first light chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 80, and
- a first heavy chain variable domain comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 86.
