Abstract
Alpha(v) beta (6) integrin (avb6) binding polypeptides are disclosed herein, and their use in treating and detecting tumors, and their use in treating pulmonary fibrosis.

A polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS:4-30 and 36, and wherein the polypeptide binds to alpha(v) beta (6) integrin (avb6).
