Manufacturing system

A manufacturing system, comprising:

• a container manufacturing line for manufacturing a container;
• a filling line for filling the container with a filler;
• a first accumulation process for accumulating the containers between the container manufacturing line and a filling-and-sealing process of the filling line;
• and
• a second accumulation process, which is for accumulating the containers between the container manufacturing line and the filling-and-sealing process, and which has accumulation capacity larger than that of the first accumulation process, wherein
• the container manufacturing line is coupled to the filling line, and the container manufactured in the container manufacturing line is supplied to the filling line,
• the second accumulation process becomes a place of accumulation when the manufacturing line speed of the container manufacturing line is faster than the filling line speed of the filling line, and a number of the containers in the filling line exceeds a predetermined percentage to capacity of the filling line, and a predetermined percentage to accumulation capacity of the first accumulation process;
• and
• the first accumulation process becomes a place of distribution when the manufacturing line speed of the container manufacturing line is faster than the filling line speed of the filling line, and a number of the containers in the filling line exceeds a predetermined percentage to capacity of the filling line.
