A method of manufacturing a heterogeneous composite material thin plate, the method comprising:
- (a) preparing respective composite powders by ball-milling an aluminum alloy powder and a carbon nanotube powder, wherein the respective composite powders differ from each other in composition, and include:
- a first composite powder containing 0.09 to 10 parts by volume of carbon nanotubes with respect to 100 parts by volume of aluminum alloy powder, and
- a second composite powder containing 0.08 parts or less by volume of carbon nanotubes with respect to 100 parts by volume of aluminum alloy powder, and containing more than 0 parts by volume of the carbon nanotubes;
- (b) manufacturing a multilayer billet comprising:
- a core layer made of the second composite powder,
- a first shell layer surrounding the core layer and made of the first composite powder, and
- a second shell layer surrounding the first shell layer and made of aluminum alloy;
- (c) manufacturing an extruded material by extruding the multilayer billet;
- and
- (d) shaping the extruded material into a plate having a thickness in a range of 5 μm to 2,000 μm by rolling.
