Sprinkler assembly with cap and cover

A sprinkler assembly, comprising:

• a sprinkler comprising a body having a passage extending from an inlet to an outlet, a cylindrical cage around the passage, and a body relief on an exterior of the body proximate the outlet relative to the inlet, the cylindrical cage forming an access passage through the cylindrical cage, the access passage is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis that extends between the inlet and the outlet,
• the body relief comprising a pair of first cage walls extending inward from the cylindrical cage and a second cage wall between the pair of first cage walls, the sprinkler comprising an activation assembly coupled with the body, the cylindrical cage around the activation assembly;
• and
• a cap, comprising:
• an annular wall comprising an outer surface, a first end forming an opening and a second end opposite the first end, and in inner surface between the first end and the second end, the inner surface forming a lug to engage the body relief;
• an end wall coupled with the second end of the annular wall;
• and
• a plurality of reliefs on the end wall and extending inward from the outer surface, each relief of the plurality of reliefs comprising a pair of first relief walls each extending inward from the outer surface and from the end wall, and a second relief wall between the pair of first relief walls.
