Abstract
Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator is characterized by enabling at least a part of a refrigerator door to be selectively transparent by a user's operation, such that the user sees through an inside of the refrigerator while the refrigerator door is closed.
Claims20
A refrigerator, comprising:
- a cabinet having a storage space;
- and
- a door configured to open and close at least a portion of the storage space, wherein the door comprises:
- an outer plate formed of a metal plate and configured to provide an exterior of the door and having a panel installation opening;
- a first cap decoration coupled to a first portion of the outer plate;
- a second cap decoration coupled to a second portion of the outer plate;
- a door liner having a liner opening and coupled to the outer plate, the first cap decoration, and the second cap decoration;
- a panel assembly configured to cover the panel installation opening and the liner opening;
- an insulation disposed within a space defined by the panel assembly, the outer plate, the first cap decoration, and the second cap decoration, wherein the first cap decoration comprises:
- at least one foaming solution injecting hole;
- and
- at least one injecting hole cap that shields the at least one foaming solution injecting hole.
