A electronic device, comprising:
- a deformable element configured to generate a first signal to an electronic component, to receive a second signal from the electronic component, and to deform an ear interface portion of the electronic device based on the second signal,
- wherein the first signal comprises an indication of a degree of sealing between the ear interface portion and a user's ear canal when the electronic device is worn by the user.
