Abstract
The present application relates to a film. The present application can provide a film having excellent optical characteristics such as transparency or haze, mechanical properties such as hardness, and flexibility, wherein the shape of the surface is controlled to be suitable for various uses, and the controlled surface shape has excellent durability.
Claims19
A film comprising a base film and a cured material layer of an energy beam-curable composition formed on one side or both sides of the base film,
- wherein the energy beam-curable composition comprises a silicone resin component represented by the following average unit formula 1,
- (R13SiO1/2)a(R22SiO2/2)b(R3SiO3/2)c(SiO4/2)d(RO1/2)e [Average Unit Formula 1]
- wherein, R1 to R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or an energy beam-curable group, and when R1 to R3 exist plurally, they are each the same or different from each other, and at least one of R1 to R3 is an energy beam-curable group, and when a+b+c+d has been converted to 1, a, b, c and d satisfy 0≤a≤1, 0<b≤1, 0<c≤1 and 0≤d≤1, respectively, and e is a number in which e/(a+b+c+d) falls within a range of 0 to 0.4, and
- wherein the cured material layer has an uneven surface having a negative skewness according to ISO 25178 standard on at least one side thereof, wherein
- the uneven surface satisfies one or more of the following equations 1 to 3:
- 0.3≥ΔH=100×|(HA−HI)/N| [Equation 1]
- 0.3≥ΔG=100×|(GA−GI)/N| [Equation 2]
- 0.3≥ΔR=100×|(RA−RI)/N| [Equation 3]
- wherein, ΔH, ΔG and ΔR are a change rate of haze, a change rate of 60-degree gloss and a change rate of arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the uneven surface, respectively;
- in the Equation 1, HI is an initial haze of the uneven surface, HA is a haze of the uneven surface after performing a steel wool test, N is the number of times that the steel wool test has been performed, and |(HA−HI)/N| is an absolute value of a numerical value obtained by putting the HA, HI and N into (HA−HI)/N;
- in the Equation 2, GI is an initial 60-degree gloss of the uneven surface, GA is a 60-degree gloss of the uneven surface after performing the steel wool test, N is the number of times that the steel wool test has been performed, and |(GA−GI)/N| is an absolute value of a numerical value obtained by putting the GA, GI and N into (GA−GI)/N;
- and
- in the Equation 3, RI is an initial arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the uneven surface, RA is an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the uneven surface after performing the steel wool test, N is the number of times that the steel wool test has been performed, and |(RA−RI)/N| is an absolute value of a numerical value obtained by putting the RA, RI and N into (RA−RI)/N, and
