Abstract
An inflatable mattress comprises a top panel, a bottom panel, and a plurality of side panels. The mattress has a hollow cavity configured to be inflated. The mattress includes a top support device associated with only three sides of the inflatable mattress. The mattress includes a pillow support having a first edge and a second edge. The first edge is coupled to the top panel and the second edge is associated with the bottom panel.

An inflatable mattress, comprising:
- a top panel, a bottom panel, and a plurality of side panels;
- a hollow cavity, said hollow cavity configured to be inflated;
- a top support device associated with only three sides of the inflatable mattress;
- a pillow support having a first edge and a second edge, the first edge coupled to the top panel, the second edge coupled to the bottom panel;
- and
- a pillow support beam associated with the pillow support, said pillow support beam coupled to an inclined surface of the pillow support, the inclined surface extending between the first edge and the second edge.

- a top panel, a bottom panel, and a plurality of side panels coupled to said top panel and said side panel;
- a hollow cavity, said hollow cavity configured to be inflated;
- a top support device associated with only some of the side panels;
- a pillow support extending within the hollow cavity and having a first edge and a second edge, the first edge coupled to the top panel, the second edge coupled to the bottom panel;
- and
- a pillow support beam associated with the pillow support, said pillow support beam coupled to an inclined surface of the pillow support, the inclined surface extending between the first edge and the second edge.
