A rice plant of the variety ‘PVL03,’ a representative sample of seeds of said variety ‘PVL03’ having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202009005;
- or an F1 hybrid of the variety ‘PVL03,’ wherein said F1 hybrid expresses ACCase herbicide resistance.
