Abstract
A display device includes a transistor including an active layer and a gate electrode which overlaps a channel region of the active layer and includes at least one layer, a storage capacitor which includes a first capacitor electrode which is electrically connected to the transistor and disposed below the active layer and a second capacitor electrode over the first capacitor electrode, a connection layer connecting the second capacitor electrode and the active layer to each other, and a conductive pattern disposed between the storage capacitor and the transistor and including a material identical to a material of the at least one layer of the gate electrode.
Claims20
A display device comprising:
- a transistor comprising:
- an active layer;
- and
- a gate electrode which overlaps a channel region of the active layer and comprises at least one layer;
- a storage capacitor comprising:
- a first capacitor electrode which is electrically connected to the transistor and disposed below the active layer;
- and
- a second capacitor electrode over the first capacitor electrode;
- a connection layer connecting the second capacitor electrode and the active layer to each other;
- and
- a conductive pattern disposed between the storage capacitor and the transistor and comprising a same material as a material of the at least one layer of the gate electrode.
A display device comprising:
- a transistor comprising:
- an active layer;
- and
- a gate electrode which overlaps a channel region of the active layer;
- a storage capacitor comprising:
- a first capacitor electrode which is electrically connected to the transistor and disposed below the active layer;
- and
- a second capacitor electrode over the first capacitor electrode,
- a connection layer unitary with the second capacitor electrode and the active layer and connecting the second capacitor electrode and the active layer to each other;
- a conductive pattern disposed between the storage capacitor and the transistor and having a same stacked structure as a stacked structure of the gate electrode;
- and
- a passivation layer disposed on the gate electrode and the conductive pattern.
A display device comprising:
- a first driving voltage line and a first common voltage line extending in a first direction on a substrate;
- a scan line extending in a second direction crossing the first driving voltage line and the first common voltage line;
- a switching transistor comprising an active layer and a gate electrode which overlaps a channel region of the active layer and is connected to the scan line;
- a storage capacitor electrically connected to the switching transistor and comprising a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode;
- and
- a conductive pattern disposed between the switching transistor and the storage capacitor.
