• a group represented by Formula (B1) or (B2),
• in Formulae (B1) and (B2),
• * represents a bonding position,
• n represents an integer of 1 or more, where a plurality of n's may be the same or different from each other,
• m represents an integer of 2 or more,
• Rb1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent,
• Rb2, Rb3, and Rb4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, where two Rb3's may be bonded to each other to form a ring, a plurality of Rb2's may be the same or different from each other, a plurality of Rb3's may be the same or different from each other, and a plurality of Rb4's may be the same or different from each other,
• Lb1 represents an (n+1)-valent linking group, where a plurality of Lb1's may be the same or different from each other,
• Lb2 represents an (m+1)-valent linking group, and
• Z represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 5 to 25 fluorine atoms or an organosiloxane group, where the aliphatic hydrocarbon group may have an oxygen atom, and a plurality of Z's may be the same or different from each other.

A compound comprising:

• a group represented by Formula (B1) or (B2),
• where the compound having the group represented by Formula (B1) is limited to a polymer having a repeating unit B including the group represented by Formula (B1),
• in Formulae (B1) and (B2),
• * represents a bonding position,
• n represents an integer of 1 or more, where a plurality of n's may be the same or different from each other,
• m represents an integer of 2 or more,
• Rb1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent,
• Rb2, Rb3, and Rb4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, where two Rb3's may be bonded to each other to form a ring, a plurality of Rb2's may be the same or different from each other, a plurality of Rb3's may be the same or different from each other, and a plurality of Rb4's may be the same or different from each other,
• Lb1 represents an (n+1)-valent linking group, where a plurality of Lb1's may be the same or different from each other,
• Lb2 represents an (m+1)-valent linking group, and
• Z represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having a fluorine atom or an organosiloxane group, where the aliphatic hydrocarbon group may have an oxygen atom, and a plurality of Z's may be the same or different from each other.
