Systems and methods for data encryption and decryption based on unique encryption value sets

A computer-implemented method for transmitting an encryption value set for use in performing an encryption operation, comprising:

• receiving, by a third-party computing device from a computing device, a module configured to generate data for performing an encryption operation;
• receiving, by the third-party computing device from a user computing device, a request for an encryption value set for use in performing an encryption operation;
• in response to receiving the request, generating, by the third-party computing device via the module, data for performing an encryption operation, wherein the generated data for performing the encryption operation comprises parts that includes:
• a bit value identifying bit tables used for obfuscations, a mixing scheme defining a random sequence of executions of transformation engines, a pair of integer values (m, n) representing dimensions of a matrix for encrypting plaintexts, an encryption decider, and a decryption decider, where deciders define a number of times a permutation is executed in mixing schemes;
• generating, by the third-party computing device, an encryption value set of unique integers based on at least parts of the generated data for performing an encryption operation;
• transmitting, by the third-party computing device, the generated encryption value set to the user computing device over a network;
• in response to the transmitted encryption value set generated based on only parts of the generated data, generating, by the user computing device, supplementary data that includes the missing parts of generated data, which result into an encryption value set of unique integers based on all parts of the generated data for performing the encryption operation.
