Method for reproducible manufacturing of electrode for secondary battery

A method operatively associated with a rolling roller system for manufacturing a finished electrode for a secondary battery, the method comprising:

• supplying a collector having a long sheet shape;
• applying an electrode active material to a surface of the collector to manufacture an unfinished electrode;
• rolling a surface of the unfinished electrode by a rolling roller of the rolling roller system and adjusting a thickness of the electrode active material to manufacture the finished electrode;
• inspecting a surface roughness value of the rolling roller by measuring the surface roughness value of the rolling roller and determining whether the measured surface roughness value of the rolling roller is within a first predetermined range in a first inspection;
• inspecting a surface roughness value of the electrode active material by measuring the surface roughness value of the electrode active material applied to the finished electrode and determining whether the measured surface roughness value of the finished electrode is within a second predetermined range in a second inspection;
• and
• inspecting a rolling load applied from the rolling roller to the electrode by measuring a rolling load applied from the rolling roller to the electrode and determining whether the rolling load value of the rolling roller is within a third predetermined range of in a third inspection.
