Abstract
An example system provides a multi-stage workflow processing and analysis platform. The system may access first data associated with a patient and provide, for display on a client device, a graphical user interface that displays workflow elements and data points of the first data. In some instances, the system may receive, via the graphical user interface, an input relating a workflow element with a data point associated with the patient, which workflow element may define an action. The system may execute the workflow including the action defined by the workflow element, receive second data based on the workflow, and provide a graphical interface displaying the first data and the second data on the client device.
Claims19
A method comprising:
- accessing, by one or more processors, first data associated with a patient, the first data being at least a first healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- providing, for display on a client device and by the one or more processors, one or more graphical user interfaces displaying one or more workflow elements and at least one data point of the first data;
- receiving, via the one or more graphical user interfaces and the one or more processors, an input relating a first workflow element of the one or more workflow elements with the at least one data point of the patient, the first workflow element defining a first action;
- executing, by the one or more processors, a workflow including the first action defined by the first workflow element;
- receiving, by the one or more processors, second data based on the workflow, the second data being at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient that is different than the first data;
- providing, for display on the client device and by the one or more processors, the one or more graphical user interfaces displaying the first data and the second data;
- training, by the one or more processors, one or more weights of a machine learning model using a user input indicating a relevant attribute;
- automatically performing, by the one or more processors, one or more simulated experiments based on the first data, the second data, and data for multiple other patients using the trained one or more weights of the machine learning model including:
- determining, by the one or more processors, a first set of patients sharing the at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- determining, by the one or more processors, a second set of patients that do not share the at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- and
- determining, by the one or more processors, one or more attributes of interest based on an automated comparison of a first set of attributes of the first set of patients with a second set of attributes of the second set of patients, the one or more attributes of interest being common among the first set of attributes and the patient and being distinct from the second set of attributes;
- automatically generating, by the one or more processors, the one or more graphical user interfaces that highlight one or more of the one or more attributes of interest and an automatically generated patient treatment based at least in part on the one or more attributes of interest;
- and
- causing the patient to be treated based at least in part on the automatically generated patient treatment including exporting, by the one or more processors, order instructions to a server for one or more of a prescription and a second workflow based on the one or more attributes of interest.
A system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a non-transitory memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to:
- access first data associated with a patient, the first data being related to at least a healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- provide, for display on a client device, one or more graphical user interfaces displaying one or more workflow elements and the first data;
- receive, via the one or more graphical user interfaces, an input relating a first workflow element of the one or more workflow elements with the first data, the first workflow element defining a first action;
- execute a workflow including the first action defined by the first workflow element;
- receive second data based on the workflow, the second data being at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient that is different than the first data;
- provide, for display on the client device, the one or more graphical user interfaces displaying the first data and the second data;
- automatically performing one or more simulated experiments based on the first data, the second data, and data for multiple other patients including:
- determining, by the one or more processors, a first set of patients sharing the at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- determining, by the one or more processors, a second set of patients that do not share the at least another healthcare-related aspect of the patient;
- and
- determining, by the one or more processors, one or more attributes of interest based on an automated comparison of a first set of attributes of the first set of patients with a second set of attributes of the second set of patients, the one or more attributes of interest being common among the first set of attributes and the patient and being distinct from the second set of attributes;
- automatically generate the one or more graphical user interfaces that highlight one or more of the one or more attributes of interest and one or more attributes of an automatically generated patient treatment based at least in part on the one or more attributes of interest;
- and
- cause the patient to be treated based at least in part on the automatically generated patient treatment including exporting, by the one or more processors, order instructions to a server for one or more of a prescription and a second workflow based on the one or more attributes of interest.
