Systems, methods, and apparatus to provide longitudinal patient data

A method for providing a patient portal, comprising:

• interpreting, by at least one computer system, a patient profile value, wherein the patient profile value includes information about a patient, and the interpreting the patient profile value includes receiving the information about the patient via at least one application programming interface (API);
• interpreting, by the at least one computer system, a clinical study description, wherein the clinical study description includes information about a plurality of clinical studies, and the interpreting the clinical study description includes receiving the information about the plurality of clinical studies via the at least one API;
• interpreting, by the at least one computer system, patient clinical data in response to the patient profile value and the clinical study description, wherein the patient clinical data includes information about a candidacy of the patient for at least one of the plurality of clinical studies, and the interpreting the patient clinical data includes comparing the patient profile to the clinical study description to determine the candidacy of the patient for the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies;
• including, by the at least one computer system, at least a portion of the patient clinical data as longitudinal data of the patient corresponding to the patient profile value, wherein the longitudinal data of the patient is stored in a patient database;
• providing, by the at least one computer system, a patient engagement interface;
• receiving, by the at least one computer system, a patient medical event value in response to patient interactions with the patient engagement interface, wherein the patient medical event value includes a value related to at least one of:
• communications of the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies, enrollment of the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies, pre-screening of the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies, execution of the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies, or tracking of the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies;
• adjusting, by the at least one computer system, the longitudinal data of the patient to include a representation of the patient medical event value;
• and
• performing, by the at least one computer system, a longitudinal data action on the longitudinal data of the patient,
• the longitudinal data action including indexing the longitudinal data of the patient in a patient database together with longitudinal data of other patients of the plurality of clinical studies according to types of patient data, whereby the longitudinal data of the patient is searchable without regard to the at least one of the plurality of clinical studies.
