Electronic device and method for configuring screen on basis of acquired information

An electronic device comprising:

• a display;
• communication circuitry;
• an illuminance sensor;
• position identification circuitry for identifying a position of a user;
• memory, including one or more storage media, storing instructions;
• and
• at least one processor including processing circuitry,
• wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the electronic device to:
• obtain, via the communication circuitry, a plurality of contents from an external electronic device,
• based on obtaining the plurality of contents, identify first information related to the plurality of contents, the first information including information indicating one or more objects included in each of the plurality of contents, information indicating an emotion type for each of the plurality of contents, and information indicating resolution for each of the plurality of contents and brightness for each of the plurality of contents,
• obtain, using the illuminance sensor, second information indicating illuminance of an external environment where the electronic device is located,
• obtain, using the position identification circuitry, third information indicating the position of the user,
• based on inputting the first information, the second information, and the third information to a first artificial intelligence (AI) model, determine at least one content to be displayed on the display among the plurality of contents and a layout for the at least one content including at least one area in which the at least one content is to be disposed, and
• display, via the display, the at least one content according to the determined layout.

Non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs which, when being executed by a processor of an electronic device with a display, communication circuitry, an illuminance sensor, and a position identification circuitry, include instructions causing the electronic device to:

• obtain, via the communication circuitry, a plurality of contents from an external electronic device,
• based on obtaining the plurality of contents, identify first information related to the plurality of contents, the first information including information indicating one or more objects included in each of the plurality of contents, information indicating an emotion type for each of the plurality of contents, and information indicating resolution for each of the plurality of contents and brightness for each of the plurality of contents,
• obtain, using the illuminance sensor, second information indicating illuminance of an external environment where the electronic device is located,
• obtain, using the position identification circuitry, third information on a position of a user,
• based on inputting the first information, the second information, and the third information to a first artificial intelligence (AI) model, determine at least one content to be displayed on the display among the plurality of contents and a layout for the at least one content including at least one area in which each of the at least one content is to be disposed, and
• display, via the display, the at least one content according to the determined layout.
