Abstract
An information processing apparatus in the present invention includes: an acquisition unit that acquires, from a captured image obtained by capturing a passenger who is boarding on an airplane and has not yet passed through a boarding gate corresponding to the airplane, biometric information of the passenger; a specifying unit that specifies boarding reservation information regarding the boarding by using the acquired biometric information; and an output unit that outputs information used for supporting a procedure of the passenger at the boarding gate based on the specified boarding reservation information.
Claims14
An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a memory storing instructions;
- and
- a processor configured to execute the instructions to perform:
- acquiring first biometrics information of a passenger from a captured image obtained by capturing the passenger at a check-in terminal;
- acquiring second biometrics information included in a passport of the passenger;
- acquiring boarding reservation information from an airline ticket information;
- matching the first biometrics information acquired from the captured image and the second biometrics information acquired from the passport;
- when the first biometrics information and the second biometrics information matches, issuing a token ID corresponding to the passenger and registering the token ID and the first biometrics information in database, linking them to the boarding reservation information;
- acquiring third biometrics information of the passenger;
- matching the first biometrics information registered in the database and the third biometrics information as long as the token ID is valid at a boarding gate;
- judging whether or not the passenger is allowed to proceed to a boarding procedure based on a result of the matching the first biometrics information and the third biometrics information;
- acquiring fourth biometrics information of the passenger obtained by capturing the passenger in a waiting area;
- when the fourth biometrics information and the first biometrics information match, identifying the boarding reservation information of the passenger associated with the token ID;
- identifying the waiting area designated for the passenger based on a seat class of the passenger in an airplane indicated by the boarding reservation information, or a classification of the passenger determined by an airline;
- and
- when the seat class or the classification of the passenger indicated by the boarding reservation information is different from the seat class or the classification corresponding to the waiting area, outputting information to guide the passenger to another waiting area corresponding to the seat class or the classification of the passenger, wherein the passenger is highlighted on the captured image.
An information processing method performed by a computer and comprising:
- acquiring first biometrics information of a passenger from a captured image obtained by capturing the passenger at a check-in terminal;
- acquiring second biometrics information included in a passport of the passenger;
- acquiring boarding reservation information from an airline ticket information;
- matching the first biometrics information acquired from the captured image and the second biometrics information acquired from the passport;
- determining that the first biometrics information and the second biometrics information matches, and issuing a token ID corresponding to the passenger and registering the token ID and the first biometrics information in database, linking them to the boarding reservation information;
- acquiring third biometrics information of the passenger;
- matching the first biometrics information registered in the database and the third biometrics information as long as the token ID is valid at a boarding gate;
- determining that the passenger is allowed to proceed to a boarding procedure based on a result of the matching the first biometrics information and the third biometrics information;
- acquiring fourth biometrics information of the passenger obtained by capturing the passenger in a waiting area;
- determining that the fourth biometric information and the first biometric information match, and identifying the boarding reservation information of the passenger associated with the token ID;
- identifying a waiting area designated for the passenger based on a seat class of the passenger in an airplane indicated by the boarding reservation information, or a classification of the passenger determined by an airline;
- and
- determining that the seat class or the classification of the passenger indicated by the boarding reservation information is different from the seat class or the classification corresponding to the waiting area, and outputting information to guide the passenger to another waiting area corresponding to the seat class or the classification of the passenger, wherein the passenger is highlighted on the captured image.
A non-transitory storage medium storing a program that causes a computer to perform:
- acquiring first biometrics information of a passenger from a captured image obtained by capturing the passenger at a check-in terminal;
- acquiring second biometrics information included in a passport of the passenger;
- acquiring boarding reservation information from an airline ticket information;
- matching the first biometrics information acquired from the captured image and the second biometrics information acquired from the passport;
- when the first biometrics information and the second biometrics information matches, issuing a token ID corresponding to the passenger and registering the token ID and the first biometrics information in database, linking them to the boarding reservation information;
- acquiring third biometrics information of the passenger;
- matching the first biometrics information registered in the database and the third biometrics information as long as the token ID is valid at a boarding gate;
- judging whether or not the passenger is allowed to proceed to a boarding procedure based on a result of the matching the first biometrics information and the third biometrics information;
- acquiring fourth biometrics information of the passenger obtained by capturing the passenger in a waiting area;
- when the fourth biometrics information and the first biometrics information match, identifying the boarding reservation information of the passenger associated with the token ID;
- identifying the waiting area designated for the passenger based on a seat class of the passenger in an airplane indicated by the boarding reservation information, or a classification of the passenger determined by an airline;
- and
- when the seat class or the classification of the passenger indicated by the boarding reservation information is different from the seat class or the classification corresponding to the waiting area, outputting information to guide the passenger to another waiting area corresponding to the seat class or the classification of the passenger, wherein the passenger is highlighted on the captured image.
