Abstract
A method and a system include receiving indication of a user interaction within a pre-determined time period, determining that the user interaction is a contextual triggering event based on a plurality of triggering conditions, identifying a media content item associated with the contextual triggering event, generating a first user interface including a user-selectable element representing a content transmission proposal, in response to detecting a user selection of the user-selectable element, generating a second user interface, the second user interface including the media content item and a plurality of user-selectable entity icons.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- detecting, via a device, a user activity based on a predetermined time period;
- determining that the user activity is associated with a media content item;
- determining that a type of the media content item associated with the user activity corresponds to a user-specified type of media content item for contextual detection;
- generating a user interface (UI) element that represents the type of the media content item;
- and
- causing display of the UI element on the device.
A system comprising:
- one or more hardware processors;
- and
- a non-transitory machine-readable medium for storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations comprising:
- detecting, via a device, a user activity based on a predetermined time period;
- determining that the user activity is associated with a media content item;
- determining that a type of the media content item associated with the user activity corresponds to a user-specified type of media content item for contextual detection;
- generating a user interface (UI) element that represents the type of the media content item;
- and
- causing display of the UI element on the device.
A non-transitory machine-readable medium for storing instructions that, when executed by one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations comprising:
- detecting, via a device, a user activity based on a predetermined time period;
- determining that the user activity is associated with a media content item;
- determining that a type of the media content item associated with the user activity corresponds to a user-specified type of media content item for contextual detection;
- generating a user interface (UI) element that represents the type of the media content item;
- and
- causing display of the UI element on the device.
