Abstract
A heat exchanger, an electric control box, and an air conditioning system. The heat exchanger includes a heat exchange body and a collecting tube assembly. Multiple micro-channels are disposed in the heat exchange body. The collecting tube assembly includes at least two collecting tubes. At least a portion of the micro-channels passes through one collecting tube of the at least two collecting tubes and are communicated with a remaining one of the at least two collecting tubes.
Claims20
A heat exchanger, comprising:
- a heat exchange body;
- a plurality of micro-channels disposed in the heat exchange body, the plurality of micro-channels comprising a first micro-channel and a second micro-channel, wherein the first micro-channel serves as a main passage and the second micro-channel serves as an auxiliary passage;
- and
- a collecting tube assembly comprising at least two collecting tubes, wherein at least a portion of the micro-channels passes through one collecting tube of the at least two collecting tubes and are communicated with a remaining one of the at least two collecting tubes, wherein the first micro-channel and the second micro-channel are configured such that when there is a refrigerant medium in each of the main passage and the auxiliary passage, the auxiliary passage subcools the refrigerant medium in the main passage, and wherein the first micro-channel extends from a first end to a second end opposite to the first end, the first end is configured to be connected to a first heat exchanger and the second end is configured to be connected to a second heat exchanger, and wherein the second micro-channel extends from a third end to a fourth end opposite to the third end, the third end is directly connected to the second end through an expansion valve and the fourth end is configured to be connected to a suction port of a compressor.
An electric control box, comprising:
- a box body;
- and
- a heat exchanger located in the box body, wherein the heat exchanger is configured to dissipate heat of the electric control box, and wherein the heat exchanger comprises:
- a heat exchange body;
- a plurality of micro-channels disposed in the heat exchange body, the plurality of micro-channels comprising a first micro-channel and a second micro-channel, wherein the first micro-channel serves as a main passage and the second micro-channel serves as an auxiliary passage;
- and
- a collecting tube assembly comprising at least two collecting tubes, wherein at least a portion of the micro-channels passes through one collecting tube of the at least two collecting tubes and are communicated with a remaining one of the at least two collecting tubes, wherein the first micro-channel and the second micro-channel are configured such that when there is a refrigerant medium in each of the main passage and the auxiliary passage, the auxiliary passage subcools the refrigerant medium in the main passage, and wherein the first micro-channel extends from a first end to a second end opposite to the first end, the first end is configured to be connected to a first heat exchanger and the second end is configured to be connected to a second heat exchanger, and wherein the second micro-channel extends from a third end to a fourth end opposite to the third end, the third end is directly connected to the second end through an expansion valve and the fourth end is configured to be connected to a suction port of a compressor.
An air conditioning system, comprising:
- a compressor;
- an outdoor heat exchanger;
- an indoor heat exchanger;
- and
- a heat exchanger, wherein the compressor is configured to provide a circulating refrigerant medium between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger through connecting pipelines, and the heat exchanger is disposed between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger and communicated with the connecting pipelines, and wherein the heat exchanger comprises:
- a heat exchange body,
- a plurality of micro-channels disposed in the heat exchange body, the plurality of micro-channels comprising a first micro-channel and a second micro-channel, wherein the first micro-channel serves as a main passage and the second micro-channel serves as an auxiliary passage;
- and
- a collecting tube assembly comprising at least two collecting tubes, wherein at least a portion of the micro-channels passes through one collecting tube of the at least two collecting tubes and are communicated with a remaining one of the at least two collecting tubes, wherein the first micro-channel and the second micro-channel are configured such that when there is the refrigerant medium in each of the main passage and the auxiliary passage, the auxiliary passage subcools the refrigerant medium in the main passage, and wherein the first micro-channel extends from a first end to a second end opposite to the first end, the first end is configured to be connected to the outdoor heat exchanger and the second end is configured to be connected to the indoor heat exchanger, and wherein the second micro-channel extends from a third end to a fourth end opposite to the third end, the third end is directly connected to the second end through an expansion valve and the fourth end is configured to be connected to a suction port of the compressor.
