A single domain VHH antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising SEQ ID NO. 36 (CDR1), SEQ ID NO. 47 (CDR2), and SEQ ID NO. 58 (CDR3) and having an amino acid sequence having at least 85%, 90%, 91%, 92%, 93%, 94%, 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99%, or 100% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO. 15 lacking the C-terminal amino acids TSGPGGQGAEQKLISEEDLGAHHHHHHGAS (SEQ ID NO:
