Heterocyclic CYP4A inhibitor compounds and compositions thereof

A compound of the following Formula (1), or a racemate, a diastereomer, a geometric isomer, a stereoisomer, a tautomer, a hydrate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, hydroxy, halo, amino, alkyl, haloalkyl or alkoxy;
• R3 is hydrogen or halo;
• X is CH or N;
• m and n are each independently an integer of 1 to 3;
• Y is —S(═O)2—, —C(═O)—, —S(═O)— or alkylene;
• wherein the alkylene may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from hydroxy, alkyl and alkoxy;
• and
• Z is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl;
• wherein the alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl and heteroaryl may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from halo;
• hydroxy;
• nitro;
• amino;
• alkyl;
• haloalkyl;
• hydroxyalkyl;
• alkylamino;
• dialkylamino;
• alkoxy;
• alkylcarbonyl;
• aminocarbonyl;
• carboxy;
• carboxyamino;
• carboxyalkyl;
• alkoxycarbonyl;
• alkoxyalkyl;
• aminoalkyl;
• alkylcarbonylamino;
• alkylcarbonylalkyl;
• alkylaminocarbonyl;
• dialkylaminocarbonyl;
• alkylaminoalkyl;
• dialkylaminoalkyl;
• aminocarbonylalkyl;

• dialkylaminocarbonylalkyl;
• aryl unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, amino or alkyl;
• heterocycloalkyl unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, amino, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkylcarbonyl or alkylcarbonyloxy;
• and heteroaryl unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy or alkyl;
• and wherein the heteroaryl and heterocycloalkyl have one or more heteroatoms selected from N, O and S;
• provided that when m or n is 3, Y is —S(═O)2— and Z is phenyl;
• X is N.
