Abstract
In one embodiment, a collapsible containment vessel with internal baffles for holding fluids, particulates, or slurries includes a collapsible membrane, a set of internal baffles, which form compartments with openings to halt and direct the flow of the fluids, particulates, or slurries, and straps, where each strap ha a proximal and distal end, the proximal end being coupled to the membrane and the distal end being configured to connect to a coupling point.
Claims17
A modular bi-level storage and transport assembly (MTA) for supporting a collapsible containment vessel, comprising:
- an upper rigid layer and a lower rigid layer;
- an adjustable support mechanism coupled to the upper rigid layer and the lower rigid layer;
- and
- the collapsible containment vessel positioned between the upper rigid layer and the lower rigid layer, wherein the collapsible containment vessel comprises:
- a collapsible membrane;
- a set of internal baffles, wherein the set of internal baffles forms a set of compartments having a plurality of openings to both halt and direct a flow of fluid, particulates, or slurries;
- and
- a plurality of straps, wherein the plurality of straps are configured to couple the collapsible membrane with one or more coupling points of the upper rigid layer or the lower rigid layer.

- and
- a plurality of straps, wherein the plurality of straps are configured to couple the collapsible membrane with one or more coupling points of the upper rigid layer or the lower rigid layer,
- wherein the collapsible membrane is further configured to mate with a receiving surface of a transport platform of at least one of:
- an air vehicle, a ground vehicle, or a sea vehicle.
